I put the usual chunk of controls on the left hand handlebar:
The throttle unit is the stock push/pull item... using just the pull
cable, going into the push hole in the unit, allowing the twistgrip to twist the
right way.
The brake is actually a hydraulic clutch from a Kawasaki ZX10. As it
has a 14mm piston, rather than a 13mm piston, I need to be careful when braking hard
:o)
I'm currently using a TZR125 clutch lever, the same as I used on the
Hawk
as it dips down, but I might try and find something smaller, like an MX unit.
On the right handlebar, I've used my cut down clutch mount - the standard one was on the
brake.
The brake line is a little bit long, tucking in the fairing, but I want the flexibility
to do things differently if I think of something better / tidier.
